Therapy for the young person who is wondering:
Why do I feel so anxious, sad, or angry?
Where do I belong? How do I figure out, and embrace, my true self?
Why can’t I just move on? I feel so stuck.
Therapy for adolescents ages 14 and older. So many teens are grappling with stress, anxiety, and depression. I work with teens to gain insight into how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Clients will gain more effective emotional regulation strategies, improve personal boundaries, and build resilience. Serving students who attend schools including Robinson Secondary, Lake Braddock Secondary, Fairfax High School, Woodson High School, Centreville High School, Thomas Jefferson, Oakton, and more.
Counseling for college students who are wanting to thrive academically and socially. I support students in successfully transitioning to college life. Serving college students attending schools including George Mason University (GMU), University of Virginia (UVA), William & Mary (W&M), Virginia Tech, Mary Washington, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), James Madison University (JMU), and more.
Supporting young adults transitioning into adulthood. Your twenties can be so tough — you’re trying to figure out your career, balance dating and friendship, and find your way in this complicated world. I work with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, body image issues, personal identity, and choosing a career path. Working with young adults located across Northern Virginia: Fairfax, Burke, Reston, Vienna, Oakton, Woodbridge, Falls Church, Arlington, and Alexandria.
